Fresh hops in April? Why not. We’re using the new Hop Kief extracts made from freshly harvested hop cones that go straight into extraction without drying. This process preserves a striking level of bright, green freshness. As a base, we brewed a full, hazy, oat-heavy Double IPA with low bitterness.
