Browar Stu Mostów x Varietal: Spiral Vision - 440 ml can
- A bright, clear, and dry West Coast IPA with a firm bitterness, brewed with America's Varietal. Hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and Elani, it delivers an intensely fresh aroma of lime, lemon, melon, and tropical fruits.
Our second collaboration – after the anniversary Triple IPA – with a craft brewery from the U.S. West Coast. This time we focused on their signature style: a classic West Coast IPA. Expect clarity, a firm yet pleasant bitterness, generous hopping, and outstanding drinkability.
The grist is kept simple, built on Pilsner malt with a touch of dextrose to enhance dryness and keep the body light. Simcoe provides the bitterness, while the whirlpool features Citra T90 and Citra Prisma extract. For the dry hop we used Elani, bringing bright citrus-tropical notes that pair beautifully with this year’s Citra, bursting with lime, lemon, melon, and mango.
The result? A dry, bright, crystal-clear West Coast IPA – aromatic, crisp, and effortlessly drinkable.
