Fruit bomb Milkshake IPA! It is a very modern style due to the combination of fruit, lactose and bitter AIPA. Experimental madness and a huge dose of strawberries with a lot of vanilla pods.
For variety, American and Australian hops were added, which brought the aromas of pineapple, citrus and mango to it. The whole thing results in a medium-high bitterness. Although it is a beer with a high extract (17° Plato), its alcohol level is low - this is due to the high proportion of lactose, milk sugar, which is not assimilated by yeast during fermentation. The saccharides remain in the finished beer, increasing the fullness and creating the impression of a sweet milkshake. Oatmeal adds to the velvety characteristic of this style. The beer is very clear when poured into the glass.
The IPA says hops is a very important factor. Bitterness is clear, on a medium-high level. The hops that rule here connect different countries of the world. German - Huell Mellon is the scent of honey melon, Mosaic is responsible for tropical fruits and the star: Citra or ferria of citrus aromas. Australian - Melba will add some delicate white fruit aromas. All of this, along with strawberries, is a delicious way to spend an evening.
