Brewery Stu Mostów: Wild #11 Biere de Garde - 375 ml bottle

The eleventh WILD beer from the Stu Mostów Brewery in the Farmhouse Ale style.

Another 11th instalment in the WILD series, this beer is fermented with an expressive sasion yeast strain and a blend of Brettanomyces. Aged for one year in Bourbon barrels (secondary use), then in turn bottle conditioned for a further 6 months.

WILD Series wild beers are not pasteurized so they remain "alive" and change over time. Each bottle is characterized by a unique taste and aroma.
