- Mixed Fermentation Graff is one of the anniversary cooperative beers, prepared in cooperation with the Basque cider house Zapiain, especially for the 8th birthday of Browar Stu Mostów.
8th Anniversary Mixed Fermentation Graff is an unusual beer project, the production of which required a lot of work and patience so that we could taste this miracle, especially on the occasion of the 8th anniversary of Browar Stu Mostów! The beer was created in cooperation with Zapiain Sagardoa, who supplied the beer with fresh juice from Basque apples, along with the microorganisms contained in it, which are involved in the fermentation of Zapiain ciders. Apple juice was combined with the Mixed Fermentation Saison prepared a year earlier, which was fermented on the skins of Muscaris grapes. Then, this juicy combination fermented peacefully for two years, so that its Basque dryness, vinous character and multidimensional composition would see the light of day, already on the 8th birthday of Browar Stu Mostów!
