Beer brewed in April 2023, fermented with our wild yeast and bacteria blend. The beer was created in collaboration with the American brewery Hudson Valley. The base of the beer is a blend of pilsner malt, wheat malt and flaked oats. Pine shoots were added at several stages, in the whirlpool, during active fermentation and just before bottling.
