Browar Stu Mostów: Jopejskie Coffee & Dates - 375 ml bottle

The latest version of Jopejskie beer—a batch brewed in 2024—has been maturing in bourbon barrels since then. It's probably the most unique beer we brew. A very high initial extract, resulting from the use of a large amount of malt and a long boil, combined with complex fermentation with our yeast, makes our version of Jopejskie beer dense, aromatic, and multi-dimensional. Jopejskie contains dates and Arara Brazil coffee beans. The dates enhance the syrupy notes and introduce flavors of dried, sweet fruit, while the coffee perfectly balances the overall flavor, giving the beer a roasted character and distinct coffee notes.
