Another 11th instalment in the WILD series, this beer is fermented with an expressive Saison yeast strain and a blend of Brettanomyces. Aged for one year in Bourbon barrels (secondary use), then in turn bottle conditioned for a further 6 months.
WILD Series wild beers are not pasteurized so they remain "alive" and change over time. Each bottle is characterized by a unique taste and aroma.
