Temple is another item in the series of wild beers from PINTA Barrel Brewing. Temple is a 6-month-old mixed fermentation beer, which was then aged for 4 months with juicy Japanese quince fruit, giving the beer a crisp, sour character.
Quince fruit contains 7x more vitamin C than lemon, is full of vitamins and minerals in the form of natural pectins, fiber, iron, calcium, magnesium, B vitamins and antioxidants.
