Among the slow production cycles that characterize Cà del Brado, "Pie Veloce" is the fastest maturing beer. In fact, they are made to be drunk fresh (when the aromatic explosion reaches its peak) or they can be allowed to age further to discover their fascinating evolution over time.

In this limited release, at the end of the barrel aging, the beer was cold hopped with the Cascade variety to add more vigor to the citrus, floral and spice components (already present in the aromatic bouquet).
