A spontaneous fermentation beer made from 280 gr of Pinot Gris grapes through a litre of lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurized with a copper colour along with excellent clarity. In the aroma, one can notice light wheat, delicate malt and grapes. Incredibly refreshing and very crisp.
