Cherry me is experiment of Browar Stu Mostów in the Pastry Imperial Stout style. It owes its malt and dessert illusion to a new, experimental technology and a large amount of cherry juice, the addition of vanilla and lactose. The experiment consists in a limited cooking time and a two-stage mash preparation, in which another portion of malt is added to the thick wort. As a result, the process increases the concentration of sugars and malt flavor in the beer, which in combination with roasted malts and juicy additives, gains a strong, dessert character.
